Poor Family member was in one ward on the fifth floor of the Grey Nuns Hospital to which we paid for the tv rental on a daily basis. The tv there was a newer flat screen tv with a speaker and easyto move, very light weight. The patient was moved to another unit where the tv was the complete opposite - manufactured in FEb. 1986, 5 inch screen, heavy / hard to move around, and the color does not hold and kept becoming foggy. We have inquired 3 times and not one person has returned our calls and the gift shop will not provide any phone number for us to contact someone with this regard. The sign at the flower shop for the Tv rental shows a picture of the newer TV with the larger screen. Why should anyone have to pay full price when being downgraded? The hospital needs to update these old poor functioning tv's and to charge less in the meantime. We want a full refund.
